Registering and logging in 

World uses Azure authentication. Click Register to become a member. You will be redirected to the Microsoft login portal. Follow the instructions to register with an email address and a verification code. Select your password and log in.

Existing members

When logging in the first time after the move to Azure authentication, you need to reset your credentials. Click Log in and follow the instructions. You may need to log in again.

Partner and license portal acces

If you are associated with an Optimizely partner company, you can get access to support services, and the Partner Center and License Center. Contact the Optimizely Partner team to request a partner account.

Note: Resetting your credentials here on Optimizely World will only affect your World account. Contact the Optimizely Partner team for access to the Partner and License portals, as the authentication for these are separated from Optimizely World.

Optimizely World is based on core parts of the Optimizely platform, including CMS, Search & Navigation, Content Recommendations, and Web Experimentation. Optimizely World is also running on the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform cloud services.

The site is continuously upgraded with new features, fixes, and Optimizely product updates.
