You can expect to receive correspondence of your acceptance or denial within 4 to 6 weeks of the deadline.

The deadline for applications are January 31^st and July 31^st. Any applications submitted after the deadline will be review in the next one.

For example, if you submitted on February 1^st, you will be reviewed with the July 31^st deadline applicants.

After a nomination has been made, the nominee will recieve an email notification and must submit an application in order to be consider as a candidate for the program. Anyone without a submitted application form will not be considered for the progam.

The nominees will have up to one week after the application deadline to submit it.
