For newest version of CMS you should check out new Episerver forms addon for custom forms. For older versions 8 or below, you can use xforms for simple forms. For higher volumes of replies or advanced forms I recommend custom building forms using standard.NET functionality.

Episerver forms is out of beta now. Documentation hasn't been updated to reflect that though. So use new Forms addon if possible. Xforms is old and on its last breath...

You can use xforms as well for feedback forms but you can only have a single step in form, no file uploads etc. It's pretty limited but works for simple forms...so if you just want something now that works it's OK to use but it will probably be marked obsolete in future versions of episerver I guess so I wouldn't invest too much time in that direction.

Right! Just need to change the one on world though. Kind of misleading atm if you just check on addon section where it's marked as beta. I'll add that as feedback...

Search and forms was two weak spots with episerver in the past. Really nice that they've nailed the forms too now.
