Hi Otmane
This is a good place to start: http://world.episerver.com/documentation/getting-started/commerce/
Episerver does also offer formal training.

I would highly recommend a proper training - some thing like the training course from Episerver.
Episerver Commerce is a big and complicated framework. While we are trying our best to improve its usabilities, there are still complicated concepts and features - which are natural to any eCommerce framework. It's important to not only know the APIs, but also use them right. This can save you a lot of time, as well as troubles and headaches later.

Can anyone help me out how to create a Catalog in EPiServer Commerce I have gone through the Developers guide however I did not get the point of creating "Catalog" and how products can be rendered in its view?
Hi @Ashar,
I would recommend trying Optimizely Foundation site, that will give a kick start how to use commerce features.
