Hi,

Is it possible to sort Catalogs in Episerver Commerce? (Manager or UI?)

I suppose you meant "Categories" (Nodes). If that is the question then currently there is no way to sort them in Catalog UI. We have a story in backlog to support that but it will not happen anytime soon.

In Commerce Manager you can edit their Sort Order to change their order of appearing.
