The form is IFramed on another website. I get this error whe submitting a form on Safari on MacOS and Edge/Safari on iOS. Doesn't happen on Windows/Edge-Chrome, Mac/Edge. Just when using the Safari browser, which is why it makes sense that Edge fails on iOS.
