XForm TranslatedValidationSummary bug

Im getting "document.getElementByID('...') is null or not an object" when my XForms has a checkbox in it. It seems as if the TranslatedValidationSummary is visible =false when loaded and then visible after the button click. This cases a javascript error. Anyone who had this before? Any solution to this problem?
