I'm stuck with a site I didn't develop.

My problem is that changes in code doesn't show on the site. Using IIS.

What could be wrong?

Are you compiling locally in Visual Studio and deploying your changes to a server ? Or is this on your local machine ? Which version of EPiServer CMS ?
