The forum has buggy code insertion handling

I just posted a post where I inserted some xml code. Upon editing the post all of the xml is gone! If I saved without editing I got an empty code block. There is clearly something fishy going on with how you try to avoid XSS in the forum.

This is what I inserted, marked as XML:

P.S. Can't you strive for a new editor that handles writing in Markdown like pretty much all (post stackoverflow) forums do today? This BBCode clone does not cut it today.

And I do realize this subforum is for feature requests to the episerver product, not the forum, and I would post this in some other subforum if there was something resembling a "meta" forum.

And yeah, I cannot edit the above post, as that will remove the inserted xml ... point proven?
