Microsoft Dynamics Outbound Marketing Capture Forms integration with native Optimizely CMS forms via API (React / SPA-specific)

Hi all,

We are working on an implementation of native Optimizely CMS forms connected to Microsoft Dynamics Outbound Marketing through the use of Capture Forms.

We have investigated a solution using both page-specific tracking scripts (unique website ID & hostname) and a single tracking script placed in the header of our website (single website ID & hostname). Form data is required to route to unique Capture Forms in Dynamics for lead attribution purposes.

Due to our site being built as a single page application on React, we are experiencing challenges getting the Microsoft form loader API to properly fire and link to Dynamics consistently. The primary failure point is when testing user journeys between multiple pages with forms using our site's navigation. In these instances, the form loader API is not re-firing and linking to a new form ID - thus the form data is not being passed to Dynamics. We have had zero issues with form data storing in Optimizely itself.

Has anyone experienced a similar challenge when connecting Dynamics Outbound Marketing with Optimizely CMS forms in a React single page application build?

Appreciate any insight!
