Anyone have any idea how to get the most clicked content over a certain time. 

For instance;

People have searched the site for a week. I want to get the most clicked results from last week, regardless of query.

Is there any support for this?

Google Analytics is a great tool for that kind of questions.

I would also recommend Google Webmaster Tool if you are looking for how the users are searching your site and what gives clicks and so.
