We want index pdf's from Folder 1 and Folder 4, how we do that ?

Folder 1

Folder 4

This should work (pseudo code)

Conventions.ForInstancesOf<PdfFile>()
                .ShouldIndex(x => 
                     {
var ancestors = _contentLoader.GetAncestors(x.ContentLink);
