Are you running your servers with a load balancer in front?

When do you get this error? Is it when you access a file in the VPP, when you browse any page in the site? Have you applied access rights in both EPiServer and the file system?

It threw the error while accessing the website itself.  I have given access rights.  I am checking with the event viewer on both the servers and could not get any information.  Windows 2003(Software) Load Balancer is there.
