Initializing the Community System

Hi all,

I'm trying to run EPiServer Community 4 in the WebDev.WebServer. I think it should be possible, I just don't know how.

I have read the following article which is excellent but is related to Community 3.2:

I can't seem to find where the Community system is initialized or how to fire it up.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
